Cancellation & refunds

Free Membership does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Previously granted no-card trial access does not automatically charge you.

Cancel a paid subscription

Open Account Settings → Subscription, choose Manage Subscription, and cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next applicable renewal. Paid access continues through the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

After access expires, supported saved information remains available for review while editing and provider refresh may be disabled. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or saved information.

Request a refund or get help

Refund requests are reviewed by ScenarioTrader, LLC under the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Contact info@scenariotrader.com or submit private Site Feedback through Data & Privacy. Do not send card details or provider credentials.

Declining updated terms does not cancel an existing subscription. Use billing cancellation to stop renewals.
